We use local jams for our fruit-at-the-bottom flavors. They come from farms in Sonoma County that grow the fruit organically and make the jam by hand. Yogurt has been made and consumed by many ethnic groups throughout the world for many centuries. It is probably most popular in Europe, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Western Asia. Yogurt came to the United States via immigrants and its popularity here is relatively recent.
